Visa requirements

Colombia is one of nomads' favorite destinations thanks to its affordable cost of living, colorful lifestyle, and welcoming atmosphere. The digital nomad visa allows remote workers to stay in Colombia for up to 2 years. Here is what you need.

  • 🛂 Entry

You need a valid passport (with at least 6 months remaining) and a clean criminal record. There is no entry visa required.

  • 🧑🏻‍💻 Remote Work

You need to prove that you work remotely as a freelancer, employee, or business owner outside of Colombia. The minimum monthly income must be at least $1,100.

  • ☂️ Insurance

Proof of valid travel health or international health insurance that covers possible accidents, hospitalization, and repatriation.
