What is the scope of this agreement?
This agreement applies to our website as well as to all services in connection with it, hereafter “Services”.
Our Services include, among others:
provide general information about health insurance & our health insurance products.
provide general information related to long-term travel,
advise you on worldwide health insurance,
broker our health insurance products to you,
conclude health insurance contracts between you and our insurance partners,
collect payments for your health insurance on behalf of our insurance partners,
enable you to manage your health insurance contracts,
enable you to file claims concerning your health insurance contracts, and
provide general customer support regarding our health insurance products.
Insurance contracts are not included in this scope as they are subject to specific conditions.
Who are the Services for?
Only individual people are entitled to use our Services. Our Services are available in English only.
What do the Services cost?
The usage of our Services is free of charge. This does not apply to our insurance contracts. Charges for internet access may be applied by your internet provider.
How is this agreement concluded?
You agree to these terms by using our websites and our Services.
For how long is this agreement concluded?
This agreement is for an indefinite term.
You can terminate it anytime without prior notice.
We can terminate it with two weeks' notice.
We can terminate it without prior notice in case you violate this agreement.
Termination of this agreement doesn't affect insurance contracts.
What are my obligations?
You agree to our privacy policy.
You agree to receive our agent information exclusively through our website.
You must keep the information that you provide up-to-date.
You must not share access to your user account with third parties.
You must keep your user account passwords safe.
In case your password was compromised or there was unauthorized access to your user account you must change your password and notify us immediately.
How can I file complaints?
We do our best to provide you with an excellent service. Should you not be satisfied please reach out at [email protected] or send us a message. Please describe your issue as clearly as possible.
Please note that the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. It serves as a contact point for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes that concern contractual obligations from online purchases. We do not commit to using alternative dispute resolution proceedings to resolve disputes with customers.
What law applies?
This agreement is subject to German Law in all cases where the protection granted by the law of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remains valid.
