I have Genki Native Basic and I had the first claim just a couple weeks after subscribing. It was a very small claim (I hit the edge of the swimming pool with my face 🫠), 3 visits to the hospital costed me around 90€ total. I don’t know how Genki manages more serious claims (and, I hope, will never check), but here I was really shocked by their speed. For all 3 invoices I got money in less than 24 hours (actually for last 2 invoices money came to my Revolut account in 8 hours after submitting the claim). No additional questions, nothing. I didn’t imagine that an insurance could work as fast.
I had a really bad bicycle accident on Koh tao Thailand. Both shoulders were badly injured. Genki came through. Paid all my bills including MRI s on both shoulders. I have never made an insurance claim in my life but can only be happy with Genkis response to my medical bills.
